FOC Fall School on Complex Financial Networks will take place in the pictoresque complex of Relais Poggio ai Santi. San Vincenzo, Tuscany 13-18 November, 2011

Today's economies and the future of the EU zone largely depends on the dynamics of financial systems which appear as an intertwined plexus of institutions, markets and intermediaries.

The school aims to discuss the impact of global financial instabilities with a novel integrated and network- oriented approach to this issue.

The meeting will provide the participants with the latest know-how to understand and analyse the complexity of today's financial networks.

In particular, the school bridges the complex networks science with finance and economics. The school will offer a series of lectures organized in two levels and covering three areas.
